Of course you can! We do however suggest that you add more content or enhance the game to give it a better chance this time around.

What if I won a prize, can I submit the same game?
That wouldn't be fair now, would it? Winning games cannot be resubmitted. You can however, submit a brand new game.

No sir. You can only submit games you made yourself. You can however tell us about awesome games you think we should consider porting in the forums or by email.

Can I use pics I found on the internet? I made a sweet Metroid remake!
It has to be 100% your own work. Unfortunately, you can not use images found on the internet, or extracted from other games. The fair use argument will not hold up in court. If the remakes were reskinned enough however... ;)

A bunch of friends helped me compose music, make graphics etc.
You can enter as a team or if they are fine with it, you can enter by yourself. You guys are on your own in terms of splitting up the prize though! The entrant must have the written permission of any party having any rights in the game.

So what is considered indie? I do this for a living.
We accept all kinds of submissions from the basement coders, college kids learning game design in college, small teams who meet via skype, etc

As long as you're not getting paid to do this, it's all good. If you were commissioned for anything that makes up your game, it will be disqualified. Basically, this is due to the fact that other entities would hold already certain rights to the game.

How old do I have to be to enter? I'm a student studying game design.
We require all entrants to be 18 and over or have parental permission. Student teams are fine as long as you have all the rights to your own work.

I see that you wrote Flash, and PC/MAC. I'm developing a game for XNA, DS, Wii etc. Can I enter?
We require a flash or downloadable demo so users can evaluate the games fairly. XNA is welcome. It would be best if you can have the entire install including .net framework in a single setup such as WiX XNA Installer.

No PC/Flash version? You can submit other games to us. We’ll consider porting any great game to consoles and mobile platforms!

How large can my game be?
No size limit for this one but we may need help in providing a download mirror.

My game was sponsored and was already released on the net. Can I still enter?

Yes, we do request you remove the ads if possible though. And you have to still own the full rights to the game. Yes, games released on the internet already can still enter as they are still open to ports.

What about game maker software and middleware? Klik and play, Multimedia Fusion etc?
That is acceptable as long as you have the full commercial rights to publish the individual games created.
Please state the middleware or engine used in the programming language/platform field and note that the games will be judged accordingly.

Can I enter more than once?
You can submit more than one game. Please note that you have to re-submit your game if any updates are made before the end of the submission period. We do not guarantee that we can play through every revision so take heed in making small incremental updates.

Will my games be playable on the site?
The finalists will be playable on the site so the users can choose their favorite. The games will either be embed onto pages or linked to downloads. Please submit a demo instead if you do not want site users playing the full release. Many of the other games, barring objectionable content will be playable on the site too and may be selected for future prizes.

We’re looking for awesome games to bring to consoles. The Grand Prize winner grants us the last rights to negotiation, meaning we can match their highest offer. We would work together with the winner to ensure everyone gets a great deal :)

How does the judging work?
Unlike some events where every judge plays only a few games, our judges will play each and every game to determine the finalists (up to 10).

Once the finalists are picked, the competition moves into elimination rounds and 2BeeGames.com website users will determine the winners.

Each round votes are tallied up and the lowest vote getter will be eliminated. Every registered user can only vote once per round.
