Instructions:

W,S,A,D : Move the current block left or right or speed/slow it's fall.

Left/Right : Rotate the current piece.

Space : Unfeeze power.

Updates:

A couple people have told me the installer takes forever if you don't already have the .net 3.5 framework and the XNA 3.5 redist on you computer.
